摘要
酸性絮凝物是困扰着饮料产业与制糖行业的难题。分析酸性絮凝物,得到相关信息,有着重要的意义。通过原子吸收法对酸性絮凝物的分析,得到其组成的基本元素信息,发现Al和Si的含量最高,Ca和Fe次之。
Acid floc is a difficult problem which puzzle beverage industry and sugar industry. Analysis for acid floc and then acquiring information play important role.
