品种对牛肉中c9,t11-共轭亚油酸含量的影响研究 被引量:2

Effects of Different Breed on the Content of c9,t11-CLA of Beef

摘要 c9,t11-共轭亚油酸(CLA)具有多种生理功能,主要存在反刍动物的肉及乳中。试验采用气相色谱法以c9,t11-CLA甲酯标准品在色谱图上保留时间定性,外标法定量,测定不同品种对牛肉中c9,t11-CLA含量的影响。结果表明:气相色谱法是测定牛肉中c9,t11-CLA含量的良好方法,分析数值准确度高(相对标准差RSD=1.61%)、重现性好(回收率为93.57%,RSD=1.49%)。试验测得牛肉中c9,t11-CLA含量为荷斯坦奶公牛肉>西门塔尔牛肉>新疆土种牛肉>新疆褐牛肉,分别为0.242,0.224,0.163,0.125 mg/g脂肪,品种间差异不显著(p>0.05)。 The c9, tl 1 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) has various physiological function. It is found that large quantity of CLA was contained in dairy and meat of ruminants. External standard method of gas chromatography adopted, qualitative study was based on the retention time of c9, t l 1-CLA standard, and the content of different species beef was compared. The results showed that gas chromatography was a good method to detect c9, tl 1-CLA in beef. It had a high degree of accuracy on the precision of the numerical analysis (The relative standard deviation was RSD=I.61%), and the repeatability was good (recovery 93.57%, RSD=1.49%). The c9, tl 1-CLA contents of Holstein dairy bull, Simmental cattle, Xinjiang local cattle, Xinjiang brown calf were 0.242, 0.224, 0.163, 0.125 mg/g fat, respectively. No significant changes was found (p〉0.05).
