摘要
具有中国特色的高新区由于其特有的优势,在推动金融与战略性新兴产业结合方面发挥着重要的载体作用。北京中关村高新区在推动金融与战略性新兴产业结合的过程中先行先试,积累了宝贵经验。可以总结和推广中关村示范区的典型经验,结合国家促进科技与金融结合的试点工程,选择国家高新区作为两者结合的载体进行具体的实践,通过创新高新区管理方式、营造制度环境、建立合适的机制及支撑体系,推动金融与战略性新兴产业的紧密结合。
High - tech Zone with Chinese characteristics plays an important role of the carrier due to its unique advantages in promoting the combination of finance and strategic emerging industries. Beijing Zhongguancun High - tech Zone did the first trial in the process of promoting the combination of finance and strategic emerging industries, and also there are accu- mulated valuable experiences. Typical practice experience in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone can be summed up and promoted, which could incorporate with national pilot project of the combination of technology and finance and select nation- al high - tech zones as a carrier of the combination. By innovative high - tech zone management, creative institutional envi- ronment, and appropriate mechanism and support system, close combination between the finance and strategic emerging in- dustries should be promoted.
