苏浙粤民营经济运行效率比较研究

Research on the Private Economic Operational Efficiency Evaluation of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong

改革开放以来,江苏、浙江、广东等省民营经济发展的区域特色鲜明,其发展水平和运行效率的高低对区域经济发展至关重要。利用数据包络分析方法 (DEA),对各省2005—2011年民营经济运行效率进行综合评价,对比分析三省民营经济的直接经济效率、宏观社会经济效率、生态效率和总效率。研究结果表明:与浙江、广东相比,江苏省的民营经济宏观社会经济效率和总运行效率均处于中游,直接经济效率最高,生态效率最低。最后,提出提高江苏民营经济运行效率的对策建议。

Since the reform and opening up policy, the private economy, which is essential to the regional economy, shows more regional characteristics in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Cuangdong. Using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, the paper comprehensively evaluates the private economic operational efficiency of three provinces between 2005 to 2011 inclu- ding the direct economic efficiency, macro - social eftieiency, eco - efficiency, and overall efficiency. By comparison with Zhejiang and Guangdong, the regional efficiency of Jiangsu is in the middle ; direct economic efficiency is highest ; eco - ef- ficiency is lowest. Finally, it puts forward the views of improving the private economic onerational efficiency.
