摘要
工业产业转型升级是世界各国力争抢占下一轮经济增长制高点的重要手段。我国山区工业基础薄弱,转型升级难度很大。以武陵山片区扶贫为着力点,以山区县域工业为微单元,分析湖南麻阳苗族自治县工业产业转型升级存在的问题并提出应对对策。
Industrial switching and upgrading is an important means for the world to strive to seize the highest point of the next round of economic growth. Since the industrial base in Chinese mountainous is weak, the transformation and upgrading is very difficult. In this paper by choosing Wuling poverty reduction as a focal point and by taking mountain county industry as a micro- unit, we will propose the countermeasures after studying the problems existing in Mayang Miao Autonomous County.
