摘要
随着我国人才引进政策的大力实施,越来越多的海归人才投身于我国的现代化建设中,但是如何留住、管理和利用海归知识员工成为新时期需要面临的重要问题。首先对海归知识员工的范围和特点进行界定,并在此基础之上借鉴职业转换理论分析海归知识员工回国后需要面临的职业发展问题,最后提出有针对性的管理建议。
As the implementation of brain gain policy in China, more and more returned knowledge talents devote them- selves into economic and social development. However, how to retain and manage the retuned knowledge talents becomes an important problem for the organization. This paper firstly clarifies the meaning and characteristics of returned knowledge talent, and then analyzes the career problems they face based on career transition theory. Finally, it gives some suggestions on how to put their talents to best use.
