摘要
人才是区域经济发展的最宝贵资源。目前广东欠发达地区人才紧缺的现象还比较严重,人才流动意向比较强。通过对广东欠发达地区人才流动意向的调查,运用SPSS软件对数据进行频数分析、卡方检验,得出欠发达地区人才流动意向具有人才流动趋势较大、人才向发达地区流动的意向很强等十大特征,并分析这些特征形成的原因,进而为欠发达地区如何留住人才、合理使用人才,促进地区经济发展提供理论依据。
Talent is the most precious resources of the regional economic development. At present, talent resource distribu- tion is imbalaneed in Guangdong. The flow of talent is not rational, and talent shortage in undeveloped area is considerably serious. By questionnaire and interview, field surveys were conducted in the underdeveloped regions of Guangdong, using SPSS software for data frequency analysis, chi - square test and so on. Through the investigation on the talent flow intention in the underdeveloped regions of Guangdong, the paper concluded the ten features: the talent has stronger flow intention in the underdeveloped areas ; the talent has stronger intention to flow to developed areas. The paper also analyzed the causes of the phenomena and provided theoretical basis for the underdeveloped areas to keep the talent, utilize the talent properly and promote the regional economic development.
