Research on Spillover and Strategy Selection of Participating Organizations in Projects Outsourcing

项目外包作为一种更为专业化的分工手段,正为越来越多的企业组织所重视,成为知识经济时代组织获取竞争力的战略选择之一;同时,项目外包也是知识溢出的重要机制。建立两阶段博弈模型,分析承包组织策略选择与知识溢出效应的关系,认为承包组织间知识差距较大时,选择合作策略将强化溢出效应,带来较高的收益水平。

As a more specialized division of labor means outsourcing is being attached importance by more and more busi- ness organizations and has become an important choice to obtain ability of competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy. At the same time, outsourcing is also an important mechanism of knowledge spillover. The article analyzes the relationship between the contracting organizations choice of strategies and knowledge spillovers through the two - stage game model. The result shows that if the knowledge gap between the contracting organization is large enough, the choice of cooperative strate- gy will expand the spillover effects and bring higher income levels.
