摘要
信息化是企业发展的必然趋势。信息化极大地提高了企业的持久竞争优势和企业的管理水平,已经成为提升企业核心竞争力的必要手段,但也存在诸多风险。论述企业信息化过程中的各种可能风险,分析企业信息化风险管理方法,提出在信息化环境下企业如何开展风险评估与控制。
Information is the inevitable trend of the development of enterprises, and information technology has greatly improved the level of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage and corporate management. Enterprise information technology has become a necessary means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but there are also many risks. The article discusses the various possible risks in the process of enterprise information, enterprise information risk management methods, and how to carry out risk assessment and control under enterprise information technology environ- ment.
