摘要
通过对有钙焙烧生产红矾钠产生的铬渣进行理化性能分析,提出多种六价铬还原为三价铬的方法和措施,并从技术的可行性、操作的难易性、解毒生产的经济性方面综合分析,确定铬渣的最佳解毒方案和操作程序,想以此指导目前中国的铬渣无害化治理工作。对无害化铬渣综合利用的渠道进行了分析,诚恳地指出铬渣综合利用的方向,希望能对铬渣无害化治理企业或政府主管部门有所帮助。
Based on the physical and chemical analysis on properties of chromium slag generated from sodium bichromate production with the lime-based roasting process, several methods and measures for reducing hexavalent chromium into triva- lent chromium were put forward.Comprehensive analysis for those methods were made from the aspects of technical feasibili- ty, operation difficulty, and detoxification production economy, and the optimal chromium slag detoxification scheme and op- erating procedures were confirmed to guide China's harmless treatment of chromium slag.Comprehensive utilization channels of harmless chromium slag were also analyzed.Comprehensive utilization direction of chromium slag was sincerely pointed out, hoDina that could held the comDanies or government authorities of chromium residue harmless management.
