摘要
我国通用航空制造业在全球价值链中处于被动从属地位和价值链的低端,容易受到跨国企业的制约。现阶段影响我国通用航空制造业升级的主要因素有市场集中度低、人才短缺与产品研发投入不足和政策引导与支持不足。我国通用航空制造业转型升级的可行路径有两条:中外合资模式下的渐进式升级之路和自主创新模式下的跨越式升级之路。
General aviation manufacturing industry in China is at the low end of the global value chain which means it could be controlled by Multinational Corporation. A low market concentration, shortage of talent and product R & D investment and insufficiency of the policy guidance and support is the main reason that affects China's general aviation manufacturing industry upgrade. Based on the above analysis, there are two feasible paths of China's general aviation manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading: incremental upgrade path of Sino-foreign joint venture mode and independent innovation mode of leapfrog upgrade path.
