褪黑素与谵妄 被引量:6

摘要 谵妄是多种复杂因素引起的危害性较高的临床综合征,而中枢神经递质失衡导致的睡眠觉醒周期紊乱是谵妄发生的重要机制之一。血浆褪黑素(MT)水平在调节睡眠觉醒周期中起到至关重要的作用。现对谵妄与MT的关系及其防治研究进展进行综述。
