响应面法优选合欢花多糖的提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Flower of Albizia julibrissin by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 目的:优选合欢花多糖的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,选择浸提温度、浸提时间和液料比为考察因素,以多糖提取率为评价指标,采用响应面法优选合欢花多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为浸提温度91.4℃、浸提时间3.7h、液料比为26.6∶1(ml/g),在此条件下,合欢花多糖的实际提取率为5.79%,与响应面拟合方程的预测值5.74%相当。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于合欢花多糖的提取。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from flower of Albizia julibrissin. METH-ODS: Based on single factor test, the extraction technology was optimized with response surface methodology with extraction tem-perature, extraction time and ratio of liquid to solid as factors using yield of polysaccharides as index. RESULTS : The optimum ex-traction technology was as follows: extraction temperature 91.4 %, extraction time 3.7h and ratio of liquid to solid 26.6:1 (ml/g). In this condition, the actual extraction yield of polysaccharides from flower ofA. julibrissin was 5.79%, which was consistent with the predicted value of 5.74%. CONCLUSIONS: Optimized technology is reasonable and feasible, and it is suitable for the extrac-tion of polysaccharide from flower of A. julibrissin.
