饲粮能量水平对青山羊能量代谢和产热量的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Digestible Energy Levels on Energy Metabolism and Heat Production of Grey Goats

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮不同能量水平对青山羊能量代谢和产热量的影响。试验选取体型基本一致、健康的4~5岁龄青山羊公羊12只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理4只。试验采取单因素试验设计,3个处理饲粮消化能水平依次为8.91、9.79、10.62 MJ/kg,各组均限饲,且投料量一致。试验期预试期7 d,正试期3 d。结果表明:9.79 MJ/kg饲粮能量水平组能量表观消化率、代谢率、每天CO2排出量、O2消耗量、非蛋白质CO2排出量和非蛋白质O2消耗量都显著高于其他两组(P〈0.05);9.79 MJ/kg能量水平组每天的总产热量和非蛋白质产热量显著高于其他两组(P〈0.05);本试验同时求得青山羊公羊绝食代谢产热量的估测值为259.66 kJ/kgW0.75,维持代谢能需要量的估测值为450.82 kJ/kgW0.75。综合分析,9.79 MJ/kg为青山羊公羊较适宜的能量水平。 A single factor design was used to study the effects of digestible energy levels on energy metabolism and heat production of Grey goats.Twelve 4~5 years-old male Grey goats were randomly distributed into three groups with four replicates per group.Three digestible energy levels were 8.91,9.79,10.62 MJ/kg,respectively.All goats were fed the same amount of diets.The results showed that energy apparent digestibility,metabolic rate,production of carbon dioxide,oxygen consumption,non-protein production of carbon dioxide and non-protein oxygen consumption per day of 9.79 MJ/kg group were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).The test also indicated that heat production and non-protein heat production were higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).The fasting heat production is 259.66 kJ/kgW0.75,the metablizible energy required for maintenance of Grey goats was 450.82 kJ/kgW0.75.In conclusion,9.79 MJ/kg was more suitable to male Grey goats.
