我国鲜活农产品价格波动特征与调控政策建议

The Price Fluctuation of Fresh Agricultural Products in China and Price Regulation Policy Recommendations

鲜活农产品是与居民生活息息相关的必需品。近年来,鲜活农产品价格的频繁大幅波动不仅伤害了消费者利益,而且给生产者带来严重损失;同时也成为影响我国消费价格指数的重要因素。本文利用相关数据,对近年来我国鲜活农产品价格波动的特征和规律进行了实证研究,并提出有针对性的对策措施,认为政府应采取反周期的调控政策手段,构建鲜活农产品市场平稳运行长效机制,这对管理好通胀预期、促进经济平稳较快发展具有重要意义。

Fresh agricultural products have been necessities in people＇s daily life.In recent years,the frequent big changes of the price of fresh agricultural products not only harm the interests of consumers,but also bring heavy loss to produces,which have become the major factors that affect consumer price index.Based on relevant statistics,this paper makes an empirical research on the features and rules of the price fluctuation in fresh agricultural products,and puts forward some targeted proposals,suggesting that the government should take counter-cyclical regulation policy and construct long-term mechanism for steady operation of fresh agricultural products market.It is a great meaning for managing the inflation expectation and advancing the stable and rapid economic development.
