摘要
智库定位决定着智库型人才的素质结构。我国智库型人才严重短缺的原因主要在于我国教育模式的缺陷,以及我国智库型人才培养、管理的不足。当下要注意改革我国教育模式,探讨智库型人才的管理模式,加大智库型人才的人力资本投入,从素质结构与培养策略的角度加强智库型人才建设。
Think-tank' position determines the think-tank talents' quality structure. Defects of education mode in our country is the main cause of the serious shortage of think-tank talents cause of, as well as the think-tank talents cultivation and management in our country. Now we need to pay attention to the reform of education mode in our country, explore think-tank talent management model, increasing human capital investment think-tank talents, strengthen the construction of the think-tank talents from the angle of quality structure and training strategy.
