摘要
新中国成立初期,即从1949年初北平和平解放到1956年图书出版行业社会主义改造公私合营前,首都北京在出版体制方面进行了一系列变革,出版业由过去分散的、官营私营并行的状态,迅速转变为以出版、发行、印刷为基础结构的国家统一管理的舆论宣传阵地。北京成为人民共和国出版体制确立的先驱和代表,北京模式被迅速推广到全国。国营出版体制的确立,对宣传中国共产党的方针政策、全民化的文化普及和引导建立新的社会风尚发挥了不可低估的关键作用;对广大民众产生了巨大影响,开启了中国民众阅读的崭新时代。
From peaceful liberation of Beiping in the early of 1949 to before socialist transformation of joint state-private ownerships in book and publishing industry in 1956, capital Beijing carried out a series of changes in publishing structure aspect in the early of New China.The publishing industry was quickly changed from the past decentralized and state-private run situation to media propaganda front managed by the state with publishing, distribution and printing as basic structures.Beijing became the People’s Republic’s publishing structure pioneer and representatives,The model of Beijing was quickly spread across the country.The establishment of state-run publishing structure played a crucial role in promoting the CPC’s policies, all people’s culture popularization and guiding to establish new social practice, which had a tremendous impact on all people and opened a new era of Chinese people’s reading.
