多层螺旋CT在眶部外伤异物诊断中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Multislice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Orbital Trauma,Foreign Body

目的:探讨螺旋CT在眼眶外伤异物定位诊断中的应用。方法:回顾收集我院36例眼外伤患者,全部行SIEMENS Defintion AS40层螺旋CT扫描及HDI-5000超声检查。结果:36例患者中CT诊断眶部高密度异物患者35例,超声诊断眼眶部异物患者29例。结论:CT对眼眶内异物定位及诊断有重要临床价值。

Objective： To investigate the spiral CT in the diagnosis of foreign body localization in orbital trauma. Methods： A retrospective collected in our hospital 36 cases of ocular trauma patients, all line SIEMENS Defintion AS40 -slice spiral CT scan and ultrasound. Results ：36 patients, patients with CT diagnosis of orbital high -density foreign body 35 cases, 29 cases of patients with ultrasound diagnosis of orbital foreign body. Conclusions： CT orbital foreign body localization and diagnosis has important clinical value.
