大柳塔煤矿跨大巷无腿立交新技术试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对传统立交巷道采用的有腿立交施工过程中出现的一系列难题,首次提出借助巷帮煤柱作为立交巷道支撑平台的无腿立交施工新方法。即通过加固巷帮煤柱,使其达到足够的强度要求,以代替传统有腿立交技术中的混凝土桥腿。该项新技术有效解决了原混凝土桥腿在主运大巷胶带和管线多的条件下放炮扩帮施工带来的施工难、风险高、工期长、费用大等问题,工艺简单、经济可靠,取得了显著的试验效果。 According to series difficulties occurred in the overpass with legs construction process of the traditional overpass roadway in the mine, a new construction method of a legless overpass with the coal pillars of the roadway sidewall as the support platform of the overpass roadway was firstly provided. With the reinforcement of the coal pillars in the roadway sidewall, the sufficient strength requirement of the coal pillar could be reached in order to replace the concrete legs in the traditional overpass technology with legs. The new technology could effectively solve the construction difficulties, high risk, long construction period, high cost and other problems of the previous concrete legs occurred in the sidewall blasting expansion construction under the conditions of the belt conveyor and multi pipelines in the main transportation roadway and would be simple in technology and reliable in economy. Obvious experiment effect of the new technology was obtained.
