摘要
为了保证神东矿区引进的旺格维利连采技术达到安全高效生产效果,提高煤炭回采率,对大柳塔煤矿同区域不同区段旺采工艺参数进行了优化,并进行了矿压规律监测研究。通过矿压监测数据对比分析可知,平巷护巷煤柱留设10m是能够保证隔离安全的;刀间煤柱留设0.5m的煤皮能够起到辅助连采机割煤装煤的效果,而不能起到支撑覆岩作用;支巷间留设2.0m厚的煤柱能够起到支撑顶板作用。试验区域旺采优化后与旺采优化前相比回采率提高12.3%,改革旺采工艺是成功的。
In order to ensure the imported Wongawilli continuous mining technology with a safety and high efficient production effect in Shendong Mining Area and to improve the coal mining recovery rate, an optimization was conducted on the technical parameters of the Wongawilli mining at different section of the coal mining face in Daliuta Mine and a study was conducted on the monitoring and measuring of the mine strata pressure law. The comparison and analysis on the monitoring and measuring data of the mine strata pressure showed that the protective coal pillar with 10m wide for the gateway could ensure the safety of the isolation, the coal pillars each with 0. 5m thick top coal between the cuttings could assist the coal cutting and coal loading effects of the continues miner and could not play the strata support role. The coal pillars each with 2. 0m thickness along the gateway sides could play the roof support role. In comparison with before the optimization of the Wongawilli mining, the coal mining recovery rate after the optimization of the Wongawilli mining could be improved by 12. 3% , which could show that the reform of the Wongawilli mining technique was successful.
