摘要
为了确保矿井提升设备的安全使用,在传统的标记法检测钢丝绳张力的基础上,设计了一种新型矿井提升钢丝绳张紧应力检测装置。该装置充分利用机电液一体化技术,通过检测与计算获得钢丝绳的张紧应力,定量的检测出矿井提升钢丝绳的张紧应力。文章首先对钢丝绳张紧应力的检测原理进行了详细的分析研究,其次是设计了钢丝绳张紧应力检测装置并绘制了二维图与三维图,最后对液压油路和油温油压检测传感器及其信号的处理进行了原理分析,结果表明,该检测装置在实验室试验过程中,检测效果良好。
In order to ensure a safety application of the mine hoisting equipment, based on the traditional marking method applied to detect the tensile of the steel wire rope, a new tensile stress detection device of the mine hoisting steel wire rope was designed. The device fully with the mechatronies and hydraulic integrated technology could quantitatively detect the tensile stress of the mine hoisting steel wire rope with the detection and calculation of the tensile stress of the steel wire rope. The paper had a detail analysis study on the detection principle of the steel wire rope tensile stress firstly. Secondary the tensile stress detection device of the steel wire rope was designed and the 2D graph and 3D graph were drawn. Finally a principle analysis was conducted on the detection sensors of the hydraulic oil circuit, oil temperature and oil pressure as well as the signal treatment. The results showed that the detection device had a good detection effect in the lab experiment process.
