摘要
研究了从某含钒(V2O5)0.3%~0.5%的磁铁矿精矿中采用复合强氧化剂预氧化—低温焙烧—加温搅拌水浸钒,考察了复合强氧化剂KL用量、预氧化时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比、搅拌速度等因素对钒浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在KL用量0.2mL/g、预氧化时间24h、焙烧温度140℃、焙烧时间2h、浸出温度70℃、浸出时间3h、液固体积质量比3∶1、搅拌速度400r/min的最佳条件下,钒浸出率可达89%。
Leaching of vanadium from magnetite concentrate by preoxidation using compound strong oxidant-low temperature roasting-heating stirring leaching with water process has been studied. The influences of dosage of compound strong oxidant KL, pre-oxidation time, roasting temperature, roasting time, leaching temperature, leaching time, liquid to solid rate, stirring speed on leaching of vanadium were examined. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of KL dosage of 0.2 mL/g, pre-oxidation time of 24 h ,roasting temperature of 140 ℃, roasting time of 2 h, leaching temperature of 70 ℃, leaching time of 3 h ,liquid to solid rate of 3:1,stirring speed of 400 r/min, leaching of vanadium was 89 %.
