摘要
根据CaO.2Al2O3合成热力学计算结果及XRD分析结果,研究了以碳酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合溶液从CaO.2Al2O3中浸出氧化铝。结果表明:CaO.2Al2O3的合成在热力学上可行,合成物以CaO.2Al2O3物相为主;在液固体积质量比5∶1、浸出时间75min、碳酸钠质量浓度100g/L、氢氧化钠质量浓度30g/L、浸出温度90℃条件下,氧化铝浸出率可达91.12%。
Based on thermodynamics calculate and XRD analysis of CaO·2Al2O3, leaching of alumina from the compound with a mixture solution of sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide was studied. The results showed that the main phase in the synthetic compound was CaO·2Al2O3. The leaching of alumina reached 91.12% under the conditions of temperature of 90℃ ,leaching time of 75 min, ratio of liquid to solid of 5 : 1, sodium carbonate concentration of 100 g/L,sodium hydroxide concentration of 30 g/L.
