摘要
针对某厂萃取—电积镍生产线电积镍板外观气孔密集的质量问题,分析了气孔成因,比较了4种不同润湿剂对电积镍板外观质量的影响。加入适量十二烷基磺酸钠可改变极板的润湿性,促进气泡逸出,避免板面气孔生成。工业应用后,电积镍板外观质量合格率稳定在85%左右。
Aim at the quality problems of clustered porosity on electro-deposited nickel plate in solvent extraction-electrodeposited process, the cause of porosity were analyzed and the effect of four wetting agent on appearance quality of electro-deposited nickel plate were researched. Adding appropriate sodium dodecyl sulfate in electrolyte,wettability of electrode plates was changed and bubble escape velocity was speeded up. The formation of porosity was avoided. The appearance quality qualified ratio for electro-deposited nickel plate was stable about 85 % in industrial application.
