摘要
纳米颗粒因具有高的表面自由能而易团聚,影响其分散体系的稳定性。表面改性是改善纳米粉体表面性质、防止团聚的有效方法。考察了经己二酸表面改性的纳米氧化锆粉体在液体中的分散性。试验结果表明:己二酸能很好地改性氧化锆表面,使其在水中形成较好的分散体系,至少稳定2个月。
The stability of nano particle disperse system decreased because particles aggregate easily due to their high surface free energy. Surface modification was a effective way to improve the surface properties of nano particle and prevent aggregation. The dispersibility of nano zirconia modified using adipic acid in liquid has been investigated. The results showed that using adipic acid to modify the surface properties of zirconia,and the zirconia could form good disperse system in water. The system stability kept two months at last.
