提高丙二酸二甲酯收率的试验研究

Study on Increased Yield of Methyl Malonate by Improved Cyanide Esterification Method

研究了以改进的氰化酯化法制备丙二酸二甲酯,考察了氰化过程中,pH、反应时间和反应温度的影响;酯化过程中,酸化液中水分含量、甲醇和氯乙酸的物质的量比、反应时间等对丙二酸二甲酯收率的影响。试验结果表明,以改进的氰化酯化法制备丙二酸二甲酯,收率达84.4%。产品纯度高达99%。

Preparation of methyl malonate by cyanide esterification method has been research. The influence of system pH,reaction time and reaction temperature in the process of cyanidation and water mass fraction in acidic liquid,molar ratio of methanol to chloroacetic acid, reaction time on the yield of methyl malonate were examined. The results showed that the yield of methylmalonate could reach 84.4% by improved cyanide esterification method.
