摘要
目前高校图书馆绩效评估研究成果丰硕,但针对高职院校的图书馆员绩效评估指标体系的研究较少。根据高职院校图书馆的特点,以图书馆员分类管理理念为基础,提出图书馆考核指标应以"关键绩效指标(KPI)"为主,结合360°绩效考核法,分别对高职院校图书馆领导层、图书馆部室主任和图书馆服务队伍三大群体的绩效评估指标体系构建进行探索性研究。
Despite of fruitful research into the performance evaluation on the libraries of institutions of higher learning, relatively scarce is the research into the performance evaluation index system on librarians at higher vocational colleges.The paper,based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the concept of classified management, proposes that the library evaluation index should follow the principle of 'KPI 'and,coupled with 360° performance review,and probes into the construction of performance evaluation index system respectively on the library leadership, department directors and staff members.
