台州医院辅助人员离职情况分析

摘要 目的了解台州医院辅助人员离职情况,探寻其主要影响因素及对策。方法设计辅助人员工作满意度调查表,收集影响辅助人员离职的有关信息,数据采用Minitab15.0软件处理。结果招聘渠道较单一,约65%的应聘者系本院职工推荐;岗前培训不规范,无固定的带教老师,后续培训欠规范;部分就业者对护理员等临床辅助性岗位有偏见。结论针对离职原因,应拓宽招聘渠道,实地观摩后确定入职意向,优化岗前培训方式,强化在职分层次教育,加强医院文化的宣传,可有效减少辅助人员离职。 Objectives: Realize the resignation condition of assistant personnel in Taizhou hospital, and investigate the major factors influencing it and corresponding solutions. Methods: A questionnaire was designed to investigate assistant personneFs satisfaction for their jobs and was used to collect the information. The data were processed with Minitab 15.0. Results: The hospital had monotonous recruiting channels. Approximately 65% of job applicants were recommended by staff of the hospital. Pre-and post-working trainings lacked regulations and standardization. No fixed tutors were assigned. Some applicants had prejudices over certain positions such as clinical nursing. Conclusions: In response to different reasons of resignation, measures should be taken, including: broadening recruiting channels; providing visits in the hospitals before work decisions; optimizing pre-work training methods; emphasizing tiered on-the-job education; and strengthening publicity of hospital culture. They can effectively decrease resignations of assistant personnel.
