Analysis of Reasons for Wet Bags of Implantable Surgical Devices after Autoclaving

植入性手术器械压力蒸汽灭菌后湿包的主要原因是器械本身的特殊性,包装和灭菌装载、卸载不正确所致,针对原因进行分析,制定相应的质量改进措施及方案。通过对植入性器械规范化管理,改进灭菌装载和卸载、包装方法,能有效避免湿包的产生。比较改进前后植入性器械湿包的发生率,灭菌后湿包的发生率从改进前11.43%下降到0.60%。提高了植入性器械灭菌后湿包管理的效果。

The main reasons for implantable surgical devices to have wet bags after autoclaving include particularity of the devices per se and errors in packing, loading and unloading them. In response to these causes, measures were taken and plan enacted to improve sterilization quality. Standardized management and improved packing, loading, and unloading methods of the devices could effective avoid the occurrence of wet bag, lowered from 11.43% to 0.60% after improvement. Better quality of implantable surgical devices sterilization was achieved.
