摘要
目的:比较盐酸氨溴索2种含量测定方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法分别测定盐酸氨溴索的含量,并对这2种测定方法进行了比较。结果:在稳定性实验和含量测定过程中,同一样品用高效液相色谱法测定的RSD均值为0.86%和1.27%,用紫外分光光度法测定的均值为1.40%和1.80%;用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸氨溴索的含量,其RSD值前者小于后者,结果更为准确。结论:高效液相色谱法测定盐酸氨溴索的含量优于紫外分光光度法,且稳定性好,准确性高。
Objective： To compare the determination methods of ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods： HPLC and UV spectrophotometry were adopted to determinate the content of ambroxol hydrochloride. Results： In stability test and content determination, the average RSD obtained by HPLC method was 0.86% and 1.27%, the average RSD obtained by UV method was 1.40% and 1.80%, the HPLC method was better than UV method in the experiments. Conclusion： HPLC was better than UV spectrophotometry in stability experiment and accuracy experiment.
