摘要
目的:建立消瘤胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5prn)为填充柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,检测波长为316am,流速为lmL/min,柱温为35℃进行检测。结果:阿魏酸质量浓度在1.112~111.2pg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0),平均回收率为101.99%,RSD为1.48%,3批消瘤胶囊供试品中阿魏酸含量分别为0.26mg/g,0.31mg/g和0.44mg/g。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确、精密度高、重复性好,适用于消瘤胶囊中阿魏酸的定量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of Ferulic acid in Xiaoliu capsule. Methods: The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with a rate of 1.0 mL/min. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% Phosphoric acid solution (17:83) at 35℃.The detection wave length was set at 316 nm. Results: There was a good linearity between the range of the concentration of 1.112 μg/ mL and 111.2μg/mL (r= 1.0). The average recovery rate was 101.99%, and RSD was 1.48%. The Ferulic acid content in tile 3 batch Of Xiaoliu capsule is 0.26 mg/g, 0.31 mg/g and 0.44 mg/g, separately. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, of high-precision, and repeatable. It is suitable for the determination of Ferulic acid in Xiaoliu capsule.
