摘要目的:分析抗感染治疗病例,为优化抗菌药物的使用提供参考。方法:从理论、数据等方面结合临床应用,分析药师参与抗感染目标治疗个体化用药方案的全过程的药学监护。结果:药师参与抗感染个体化用药方案制订,提高了临床合理用药和医疗质量。结论:临床抗感染治疗的药学监护,有效地提高抗感染药物治疗的安全性、有效性与经济性。
