新疆设施林果的本量利分析——以新疆阜康市为例

Cost-volume-profit Analysis of Facilities Fruit in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region——Take Fukang City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an Example

近年来新疆不断加大设施林果的发展,有效缓解了果蔬生产的季节性和消费均衡性矛盾,成为农民增收致富的新途径。选取新疆阜康市设施林果为研究对象,从建造成本和运行成本等角度,通过本量利分析,得出农民盈亏平衡销售价格和产量,并分析当前设施林果发展的制约因素,提出相应的对策建议,确保更好地发展设施林果。

In recent years, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has continuously increased the development of facilities fruit, which effectively alleviated the contradictions between seasonal fruit and vegetable production and consumption, became a new way for farmers to get rich. Selected facilities fruit of Fukang city in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for this study, from the angles of construction and operation cost, by cost-volume-profit analysis we obtained the break-even sale price and yield, and found out the constraints of current facilities fruit development, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure better development of facilities fruit.
