S&T and Innovation Strategies of Major Countries in 2012

2012年,美国、日本、德国、法国、英国、韩国、俄罗斯、巴西、西班牙以及欧盟等主要国家和组织都把科技创新作为提振经济的推动力,注重加强科技战略部署,加大科技经费投入,强化科技人才培养,调整科技领域重点,推动协同创新,以便尽快走出经济衰退的阴影,并占领未来竞争的制高点。

In 2012, major developed countries including USA, Japan, Germany, France, UK, Korea, Russia, Brazil, Spain and European Union have put forward a series of STI policies, strategies and practices for promoting national competitiveness and improving economic performance. The strategies of S＆T, policies and practices in these major countries are briefly summarized in this article.
