中介组织在社会管理中有着不可替代的功能 ,是市场经济的必然产物。随着经济体制改革的深入 ,培育渔业行业组织更为迫切。应抓住有利时机 ,支持和推动渔业行业组织的建设 。
The intermediary organizations have the function that cannot be substituted in the social management and is the inevitable product in the market economy.Along with the deepening of the reform of economy system,the fostering of fisheries industry organization is more pressing.We must seize the favourable opportunity to support and push forward the establishment of the organizations of fisheries industry so as to exert their due function.
