摘要
本文对经营者有效激励机制应满足的条件、形式和内容进行了阐述 ,并结合地勘单位的特点 ,提出了地勘单位建立经营者有效激励机制新思路 。
The paper expounds condition, pattern and content required by effective stimulation mechanism of manager. According to characteristics of geological prospecting units, it points out that new train of thought of setting up the mechanism in geological prospecting units, that is to carry out annual salary system with assigned promissory.
