State owned Enterprise Reform Philosophy: Approaching Perfection Day by Day

本文从哲学辩证思维的角度 ,对目前我国国有企业改革的基本思路、方法和路径的选择 ,进行了比较透彻的分析和思考 ,从“有所为有所不为”、“抓大放小”、外在规模与内在素质三个方面 ,论证了国有企业改革哲学日臻成熟 ,这一国企改革哲学正成为我国经济体制改革中心环节的理论基础。

Starting from the perspective of philosophical dialectics, the present paper makes a penetrating analysis of the basic approaches to state owned enterprise reforms. The paper demonstrates in three aspects that the philosophy is being perfected and is playing a major part in the reform of the economic system of our country.
