随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善 ,原有国有经济布局的种种弊端已暴露出来 ,并严重阻碍着国有企业的发展和经济体制的进一步改革 ,因此 ,对国有经济布局进行调整势在必行。文章进一步阐明了对国有经济布局进行战略性调整的必要性和应注意的几个问题。

With the establishment and development of China's socialist market economy, the deficiencies of the layout of state owned economy (SOE) have emerged, which will hamper the development of state owned enterprises and the further reform of our economic system. Therefore, we must adjust the layout of SOE. This paper expounds the necessity of the adjustment and some relevant issues that deserve our attention.
