域名注册是随互连网络的发展而产生的新事物 ,但以他人商标作为域名在互连网上抢先注册行为随之发生。域名抢注行为应视为一种新的商标侵权行为。域名注册管理应规范化、法制化 ,以维护商标权人的在先权利。

With the development of Internet comes the registration of domain names. The registration, unfortunately, is accompanied by the rush registration of some people in Internet by using trademarks that do not belong to them as their own domain names. Rush registration of this kind is a new violation of trademarks. The author holds that domain name registration should be standardized and legalized, so that the real owners of trademarks can be protected.
