甲钴胺注射液联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by mecobalamin injection combined with Xueshuantong injection

目的观察甲钴胺注射液联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将DPN患者96例随机分为两组,各48例,依据患者病情选择口服降糖药物或注射胰岛素控制血糖,对照组给予甲钴铵注射液避光静脉滴注;观察组给予甲钴胺注射液联合血栓通粉针治疗。两组均1次/d,28 d为1个疗程。比较观察两组疗效。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为93.75%、75.00%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经传导速度(NCV)均显著加快,且治疗后观察组患者的NCV较对照组治疗后改善明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合血栓通注射液是治疗DPN的有效方法之一。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin combined with Xueshuantong injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods A total of 96 patients with DPN were randomly allocated into two groups.On the basis of strict control of blood sugar,patients in observation group were treated by mecobalamin injection combined with Xueshuantong injection,and patients in control group were only treated by mecobalamin injection.The therapeutic course in both groups was 28 days.The changes in patients before and after treatment in two groups were under close observation.Results The total effective rate in improvement of clinical symptoms was 93.75% in observation group and 75.00% in control group.There was significant difference between these two groups（P 0.05）.The speed of nerve conduction in patients of these two groups had been improved,but it was obviously better in observation group than that in control group.Conclusion Combination therapy of mecobalamin injection and Xueshuantong injection is more effective in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
