盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗固定义齿修复后再发牙周炎的疗效观察

The efficacy of Periocline ointment in treatment of periodontitis following fixed partial denture

目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗固定义齿修复后再发牙周炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的136例固定义齿修复之后发生牙周炎疾病患者的临床资料,其中,对照组68例患者采用碘甘油治疗,观察组68例患者采用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗。结果治疗2月后,观察组与对照组的探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组的各指标改善情况显著优于对照组,同时,观察组的总有效率为77.35%,对照组的总有效率为44.89%,两组总有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥治疗固定义齿修复后再发牙周炎具有十分显著的疗效,可明显改善患者的临床不适症状,且安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Periocline ointment in treatment of periodontitis following fixed partial denture.Methods 136 patients with periodontitis following fixed partial denture were divided into two groups,68 cases in control group were treated with iodine glycerin while 68 cases in observation group were treated with Periocline ointment.Results After treatment for 2 months,the difference in data of PD,PLI and SBI between observation group and control group was statistically significant（P 0.05）,various indicators in observation group were significantly better than those of control group.At the same time,the total effective rate（77.35%） in observation group was better than that（44.89%） of control group,the difference in these data between these 2 groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Periocline ointment in treatment of periodontitis following fixed partial denture has very significant efficacy,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy to be widely promoted and clinically applied.
