高尿酸血症与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 心血管疾病导致的死亡占目前人类所有死亡的近1/3,动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)为冠心病的病理基础,通常在儿童及青春期开始,在斑块破裂或侵蚀导致突发血栓形成进而触发急性临床事件前保持在临床静止期[1]。童年期的慢性无症状性高尿酸血症(hype-ruricemia,HUA)被认为是AS危险的标志物[2]。自Gertler等于1951年首次提出尿酸与冠心病相关后,近年来HUA与AS的关系成了研究热点,并获得较多进展,本文对之综述如下。
