试论我国企业技术创新

On Technology Innovation in Chinese Enterprise

本文认为在市场经济条件下 ,应形成以企业为主体的技术创新机制。但我国企业技术创新存在多种问题 ,使创新机制难以形成 ,因此必须首先激活企业这个技术创新主体 ,使之成为真正的决策、投资、研究开发、受益主体 。

Upon the condition of the market economy, the innovation mechanism with enterprise as subject is very important and necessary to the built. Howeer, there are many problems in the technology innovation to Chinese enterprises, so it is too difficult to build thd innovation mechanism. Facing the fact, we should try to not only activate the enterprises as innovation subject, but also make them to be a real subject as decision, investment, research&development, and benefit; and we should try to build and perfect the outer conditions which can protect and encourage enterprises in innovation technology.
