论监督的腐败及再监督的法律对策

On the Countermeasure of Law to Supervisors' Corruption and its Resupervision

我国《监督法》即将出台 ,理论界对再监督又缺乏探讨 ,因此 ,文章提出了没有监督的监督权必然产生监督的腐败 ,并认为治理监督的腐败的有效形式是再监督 ,作者第一次提出了监督的腐败和再监督等概念及内涵。

The Law of Supervision will be set up soon, and the theoretical field is short of probing into resupervision, therefore, this paper provided that supervising authority without controling would inevitably produce corruption and the efficient way to get rid of supervisors' corruption is resupervising. The author put forward the concept of supervisors' corruption and resupervision etc. and their connotation for the first time.
