摘要
本文通过对法学实践教学的现状进行分析 ,找出其薄弱环节 ,并提出旨在提高学生法学实践能力的构想以期达到提高学生全面素质的目的。
We have found some weak points in practice teaching through analysis the present condition of the law practice education. In this case, some effective suggestion which is expected to improve law students ability in practicing is put forward in this paper in order to develop all round qualities of law student.
