摘要 发展绿色建筑行动已经上升为国家战略,大力发展绿色住宅是我国建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的必然选择,论文从分析价值工程和绿色住宅的内涵入手,研究价值工程在绿色住宅投资决策中的应用,论证了价值工程理论在绿色住宅投资决策中应用的可行性,并对其应用流程作了具体分析,特别是对绿色住宅的功能分析,从低能耗、低污染、低排放和室内环境质量等四个方面建立了评价指标体系。这对绿色住宅的建设进行基于价值工程的投资决策方法具有重要的理论价值与实践指导意义。 The development of green building initiative has risen as a national strategy. Vigorously developing the green house is the inevitable choice for China's construction of a resource-saving and environment-Lriendly society. Starting from the analysis on the connotation of value engineering and green residence, the paper studies the application of value engineering in green residence investment decision, demonstrates the feasibility of the theory of value engineering application in green residence investment in the decision-making, and the application process are analyzed, especially the analysis of green residence function. It established evaluation index system from four aspects of low energy consumption, low pollution, low emission and indoor environmental quality. It is of practical significance to the investment decision of construction of green residence based on value engineering.
