摘要
通过对本次课题的研究及设计,主要完成在数控车床上液压卡盘装置液压系统的设计。将现有机械三爪卡盘改造成液压夹盘。具体的任务目标实现:卡盘专职"卡盘油缸前进——卡盘夹紧保压——卡盘油缸后退"的行程循环。
Based on the research and design of this subject, the paper mainly completes the design of hydraulic chuck device of hydraulic system in the CNC lathe. The existing mechanical chuck with three jaws is transformed into hydraulic chuck. The specific task goal: full-time stroke cycle of chuck of "chuck cylinder forward -- clamping and pressure maintaining -- chuck cylinder back" of the stroke cycle.
