This paper analyzes the electronic bidding, combined with the experience in electric bidding of building and municipal construction project in Guangzhou, presents that electric bidding is not only used in construction area, but also used in other area, such as traffic, railway, and water conservancy, achieves the electronic and network industry bidding, ensure the public, the fair, and the just to bidding.
