摘要
近年来随着国内基建领域的蓬勃发展,钢管拱桥以其造形美观、受力科学、可塑性强等特点在桥梁建设中得到广泛应用,成为一道道亮丽的风景线;然而如何确保成桥后拱肋的几何线型,是设计意图、结构受力能否顺利实现的关键点,同时也是各钢结构企业面临的施工难题;本文以准朔铁路黄河特大桥为例,着重介绍大跨度钢管拱桥预拼装过程中的线形控制措施、质量检查标准等,以期为同类工程施工提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic infrastructure sector, steel arch bridge is widely applied in bridge construction due to its beautiful shape, science force, strong plasticity and other characteristics, and has become one beautiful landscape; But how to ensure the linear geometry of arch is the key points to successfully achieve the design intent and structure force achieve, but also the difficulty faced by steel enterprises. This paper, with the case of Zhunshuo railway Yellow River Bridge, focuses on the linear control measures and quality inspection standards in large-span steel arch bridge pre-linear assembly process in order to provide reference for similar projects.
