摘要
针对管理绩效的研究现状,结合采油企业的实际情况,明确采油企业管理绩效的内容,综合运用问卷调查和专家打分方法确定采油企业管理绩效评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)进行采油企业管理绩效评价,得出了采油企业管理绩效评价指标的权重值,进而明确采油企业管理绩效的优势与不足,为提高采油企业管理绩效水平提供理论依据。
Based on the research on management performance, combined with the actual situation of oil companies, this paper cleared the content of oil companies management performance, this paper used questionnaires and expert scoring method to determine the oil business management performance evaluation system, and applied analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for oil enterprise management performance evaluation, obtained the weights of oil enterprise management performance evaluation index, and then cleared the strengths and weaknesses of oil enterprise management performance, to improve management performance level of oil recovery enterprise.
